FLAVORED OLIVE OIL WITH MICROALGAE

(10 people)

Extra virgin olive oil – 3 dl

Chlorella Premium Powder by Allma – 1 teaspoon

Emulsify the Chlorella powder with olive oil in a blender for 2 to 3 min.

GREEN SPAGHETTI

(10 people)

Spinach Pasta:

Flour – 500g

Eggs – 4

Spinach – 100g

Chlorella Premium Powder by Allma – 1 teaspoon

Traditional Sea Salt – 1 teaspoon

Place the spinach, the Chlorella powder and the egg on a processor and mix well all ingredients.

Add the flour and salt to the preparation and knead until you get a ball.

Cover the ball with adherent film, and leave it in the fridge for 30 min.

Strain the preparation with the dough roll and cut it into spaghetti manually or with the machine.

HUMUS CHLORELLA

(4 People)

Chickpea – 200g

Cloves of Garlic – 2

Sesame Pasta (Tahini) – 2 tablespoons

Chlorella Premium Powder by Allma – 1 teaspoon

Salt Flower – 1 teaspoon

Natural Lemon Juice – 80ml

Cumins – 1 teaspoon

Olive oil – Q.B.

Sweet Pepper – Q.B.

Cook the chickpeas, previously soaked, until its outer layer begins to drop and until it is well cooked and tender.

Put the chickpeas, the crushed whole garlic cloves, the sesame paste, the salt, the cumins and the freshly squeezed lemon in a processing machine. Grind all the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous paste.

Add the Chlorella powder and 5 tablespoons of olive oil, re-grind to a creamy, smooth consistency.

Present the humus in a bowl, sprinkled with sweet pepper and olive oil.

PANCAKES

Oats – 4 tablespoons

Banana – 1 medium

Egg – Medium 1

Chlorella Premium Powder by Allma – 1 teaspoon

Carob flour – 1 tablespoon

Cinnamon – Q.B.

Flaxseed powder – 1 tablespoon

Add the oats to the whole raw egg and to the banana in a bowl.

Grind the ingredients with the processor or with a hand blender.

Add the Chlorella powder, the cinnamon, the flaxseed and the carob to the preparation.

Grind the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous paste.

Use a non-stick frying pan over low heat and place small portions of the preparation (1/2 tablespoons) to bake the pancakes.

No need to add any fat if the frying pan is nonsticky, and if the pancake contains seeds such as flaxseed.

DETOX JUICE OF CHLORELLA, ORANGE AND MINT

Natural Orange Juice – 1 lt

Cooked carrot – 30 g

Chlorella Premium Powder by Allma – 1 teaspoon

Mint – 10 leaves

Add all the ingredients, previously washed and peeled, in the blender.

Grind everything for 2 min. If you prefer, you can pour the preparation into a strainer before serving.

ALGAE VINAIGRETTE

Natural Orange Juice – 1 lt

Cooked carrot – 30 g

Chlorella Premium Powder by Allma – 1 teaspoon

Mint – 10 leaves

Add all the ingredients, previously washed and peeled, in the blender.

Grind everything for 2 min. If you prefer, you can pour the preparation into a strainer before serving.
